Uzbekistan now full-fledged member of CSTO - Putin

Uzbekistan has lifted the moratorium on active involvement in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and can be regarded as a full member of the organization, President Vladimir Putin has said.

"Our Uzbek colleagues have lifted the moratorium in the framework of the organization. Therefore we can say that as of this moment Uzbekistan is a full-fledged member of our organization and is fully contributing to our work," he said.
