International Federation of Football History and Statistics issued world club ranking for October 2003. Overall, the ranking was positive for Uzbek clubs.

This year champion, Pakhtakor Tashkent became top club of Asia and the CIS. It jumped from 63rd place in September to 48 in October. Tashkent club is sharing this place with Brazilian club CR Flamengo Rio de Janeiro.

Neftchi Ferghana fell to 227th place from 191st place in last month. Nasaf Karhsi jumped from 313rd place to 267.

Navbakhor Namangan strengthened its position in ranking, Now the Namangan club is on 286th place against 397th place in September. This allowed to increase number of Uzbek clubs in top 300.
