Envoys of Denmark, Belgium, Australia present credentials to Uzbek President

April 24President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov received credentials from the newly appointed ambassadors of Denmark, Belgium and Australia at his Oqsaroy residence on Wednesday.
Presenting credentials to the Uzbek leader, Ambassador of Denmark to Uzbekistan Lars Vissing noted that the main aim of his mission would be strengthening cooperation between the two states, firsly, in the economic sphere.
Ambassador of Belgium Andre Mermier said "Belgium and Uzbekistan have a large unrealised potential, especially, in the trade sphere".
Welcoming the Australian Ambassador Leslie Adrian Rowe, President Karimov expressed belief that his activity would promote relations between the two countries. In his turn, the diplomat assured the Uzbek leader of this and said that he would do everything possible to attract investments of Australian companies in the Central Asian contry's economy.
