New secretary of Security Council appointed in Uzbekistan

Under the decree of the Uzbek President Ghairat Oblayarov is appointed as the secretary of Uzbek National Security Council. Before this appointment, Oblayarov served as head of the National Security Service in the Kashkadarya Region and in the council's headquarters.
