Uzbekistan wrestlers take two Asian Games golds

October 7Uzbekistan's Artur Taymazov defeated Iran's Abbas Jadidi on Monday to win the gold medal in the men's 120-kilogram freestyle wrestling.
Taymazov, winner of the 2000 Asian championships, took 10 points in a row without giving up a single point.
In the bronze medal bout, India's Palwinder Singh Cheema also dominated the mat against Shin Jung-hun of South Korean for an easy win.
Earlier, Dilshod Mansurov outscored Japan's Chikara Tanabe in the men's 50-kilogram freestyle to give Uzbekistan its second gold of the day. Iran's Mohammad Rezaei took bronze.
South Korea's Moon Eui-Jae defeated Mogomed Kurugliyev of Kazakstan to capture gold in the men's 84 kilogram while Shamil Aliey of Tajikistan took bronze.
The host nation picked up its second gold of the day after Baek Jin-kuk upset Alireza Dabir of Iran in the 66-kilogram bout. Dabir won the gold medal in the 58-kilogram event at the Sydney Olympics.
In the only women's event of the day, Japan's Saori Yoshida defeated South Korea's Lee Na-lae in the final. Mongolia's Naidan Otgonjargal won bronze.
To date Uzbekistan has won 3 bronze medals all in all.
