Chinese delegation headed by the deputy chairman of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the People's Republic of China, Li Xi Yu, visited Tashkent on 13 June.

The Uzbek centre for cultural and educational cooperation with foreign countries has presented a draft agreement on developing sports, tourism and cultural links between the two countries, the report said.

The members of the delegation will study the draft and it is expected that the draft agreement will be signed in the near future.
