n order to assist the refugees from Afghanistan, the Hungarian Ecumenical Charity will open an office in the
neighbouring Uzbekistan. The leader of the organization, Laszlo Lehel, said that from the sum set aside by the
Hungarian government of some 100m forints, they expected to be able to provide primarily foodstuffs for 5,000
Afghan refugees monthly for a half year as of next month.
