through the easternmost Uzbek town of Khanabad has been reopened.
The Osh regional state customs department told a Vecherniy Bishkek correspondent that Uzbekistan had allowed the passage of Kyrgyz cars by the Uzbek section of the road. A limited number of Kyrgyz officials had the right to freely travel through Uzbekistan earlier.
