Turkey gives 20 jeeps in aid to Uzbek Defence Ministry

The Uzbek Defence Ministry received 20 military Land Rover jeeps from the Turkish government on Friday 14 December.

The vehicles have been provided under a military and technical cooperation agreement between Uzbekistan and Turkey.

The Uzbek National News Agency learnt at the Turkish embassy in Tashkent that the vehicles were the last part of a batch of military aid worth a total of 1.5m dollars that Turkey had given Uzbekistan.
