zbek dissident and writer Mohammed Solih will not be extradited to Uzbekistan, the Prague Municipal Court ruled today.
Solih was detained by Czech police more than two weeks ago on the basis of an Interpol arrest warrant since he had been convicted in absentia to 15.5 years for an alleged share in a terrorist attack.
He has been granted political asylum and experts say he might face death if extradited to Uzbekistan.
